Definitions

‘We/us’ – AllDogs Meadow Ringstead, East End Farm

‘you’ – refers to you, the individual or business that has booked the field and any other persons that attend with you

‘your dog/s’ – means the dog or dogs that attend the field – whether they are owned by you or not

‘the dog field’ – meaning AllDogs Meadow at what3words:bronzer.adding.eradicate

Our Contract with You

When you make a booking with us, we are entering into an agreement – ‘a contract’ (in legal terms). This contract is subject to these terms and conditions and because we may update them at any point in time, we ask you to agree to them each time you make a booking. The basics of our contract with you are the following:

Bookings and Payment

  • All payments must be made via the online booking platform at alldogsmeadow.co.uk – we do not accept any cash bookings. 
  • You will not be able to proceed with your booking unless you have ticked the box accepting these terms and conditions.
  • We take payment at the time of booking.
  • If you purchase a package, payment will be taken at the point of sale and any bookings will be deferred. You agree to forfeit any remaining balance 1 year from the purchase date.
  • Until full payment has been received, your booking is not confirmed. You will receive a ‘booking confirmation’ by email shortly after booking stating the specific date and timeslot of your booking. If you do not receive this confirmation, you do not have a booking with us, please get in contact on 07825 134 475 if you were expecting a same day session or email if it is non urgent.
  • You are responsible for anybody who accompanies you or attends the session in your place and this extends to all the liabilities and obligations that make up this contract.
  • You are only permitted to use the field during the time period stated in your booking confirmation.
  • Please ensure you have input the correct contact details for whoever will be attending the field. Please opt in to receive SMS. A reminder email and text will be sent to the details given on booking 2 hours prior to your start time. It will state all the important access details and the padlock code.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have received the access information and understand it before arrival. 

Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at any time and for any reason where we deem it necessary, including but not limited to safety concerns, misuse of the field, or operational requirements.
  • If we cancel your booking, you are entitled to a full refund.

50 minute appointments: 

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a refund, minus an admin fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable.

30 minute appointments:

All 30-minute appointments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled, regardless of the notice given.

  • Administration fees are deducted from eligible refunds to cover costs of booking and payment processing fees.
  • Any refunds are not automatic. You will need to contact us by email at info@alldogsmeadow.co.uk for us to process.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
  • You can reschedule anytime up until 24 hours before the start time of your session. You can do this by clicking the button on your booking confirmation email. You will receive confirmation of any changes to your booking via email.
  • During periods of high temperatures, our rescheduling policy reduces to a 12 hours notice window. Owners should fully assess the expected heat and local weather conditions and ensure it is safe and suitable for them to visit with their dog(s).

Arrival and Departure

The dog field is used by reactive dogs and customers arriving early or leaving late can cause significant disruption! We leave a 10 minute buffer between timeslots so no users should ever meet.

  • Your session is from the time booked – please avoid arriving early but in the event that you do, please wait at the Ringstead Down’s carpark (100m down the road on the opposite side to our entrance).
  • Do not idle on the road or verge near our entrance.
  • You must not enter the Meadow prior to your start time.
  • Your session is for 50 minutes or 30 minutes depending on what you have booked. 
  • If you arrive and the previous user is in the field, do not approach the field as they may have a reactive dog. Remain in your vehicle. Check your booking email in the first instance, call us on 07825 134475 and we can contact the user.
  • You must have left the site including the car park by the end of your session time so please consider the time it will take to retrieve your dog, load your car and depart. 
  • Please ensure the gate is shut and locked correctly on your departure. Check your reminder email for how to use the padlock.
  • All vehicles must vacate the site in forward gear.
  • Never give out the access code to others. 
  • Users that repeatedly arrive early or leave late will be refused the use of the field.

Your Legal Rights 

  • The use of our dog field is at your own risk. 
  • We accept no liability for the death or injury, loss or damages and other claims incurred by you, or anyone attending with you, or property, including your dogs, during the use of the field

Risks

  • Our field is a natural outdoor environment with added features designed to enrich dogs’ senses. As such, there are various hazards for you to consider – all of which are things that you could commonly find in a countryside setting.

While we carry out regular checks and maintenance, conditions may vary and include:

– Uneven ground, holes from digging, mole hills, mud and woodchip
– Long grass and grass seeds.
– Trees, branches, sticks that dogs could pick up and cause harm, logs, and other natural features.
– Naturally occurring plants, nuts, seeds and vegetation that may be harmful if consumed (e.g., nettles, thorns, thistles, flowers, sticks, mushrooms/fungi, maize/corn kernels dropped by birds).
– Metal fencing & trip hazards.
– ‘The Mound’ – high raised ground with steep uneven sides

We kindly ask that:

– You read and abide by all signage.
– Dogs are under supervision at all times.
– You report any concerns to us in a timely manner.
– You prevent your dog(s) from consuming any sticks, woodchip, plants, nuts, seeds, vegetation etc.
– You fully assess the field and environment for suitability, security and any potential hazards before allowing your dog(s) off lead.
– You consider your dog’s individual abilities when using the field and the equipment/features.

Canine Health, Welfare and Handling

  • Please ensure your dog is healthy and shows no signs of sickness (for example this includes diarrhoea, vomiting, lethargy – anything which is unusual for your dog)
  • You must not bring your dog to the dog field if they, or any other household pets have shown any signs of sickness in the past 48 hours. There are some vulnerable dogs that use the dog field and not adhering to this may put other animals at risk
  • Heavy or harsh handling of dogs is not permitted – this includes both verbal and physical treatment – we reserve the right to ask you to leave should we identify the aforementioned treatment.
  • A dog must never be left unattended in the field or tethered to anything
  • AllDogs Meadow accepts no responsibility for any canine sickness/injury that might arise after/during a visit to the field

Noise

  • Please respect our neighbours and keep shouting to a minimum. 
  • Please ensure that there is no persistent barking from your dog/s during your session
  • At certain times of the year, there will be bird scarers or shooting in the neighbouring area. Please take this into consideration if your dog is noise phobic and may startle. We will endeavour to advise you when the season starts but remind you we are situated in a rural setting. 

    General Etiquette 

    • Please do not permit digging the grass, please redirect to the sandpits.
    • If you groom your dog at the field, please ensure all fur is placed in the bins or taken away with you. It is unsightly for other users and dogs are at risk of impaction from ingesting hair.
    • We do not provide toys. You are welcome to bring your own but please ensure all toys are taken home with you – this includes any scraps of chewed toys or balls (they are a choke hazard for larger breeds and can trigger resource guarding.)
    • Please report any holes or issues with equipment (preferably with a photo and rough location) as soon as you are able on 07825 134 475 if it is urgent or info@alldogsmeadow.co.uk for non-urgent matters.

      Waste Removal 

      • Please ensure you pick up your dog waste and deposit it in the red bins on site or take it away with you.
      • Please do not use our bins to dispose of domestic waste. Our removal service will not collect contaminated bins. 
      • We do provide some poo bags however please be mindful of others and only take what you require for your session.

      Smoking, Vaping & BBQ’s

      • Smoking is strictly prohibited at AllDogs Meadow. Any person found to have been smoking on the premises will be refused booking in the future. 
      • BBQ’s are not permitted on site. The risk of fire on site is considerable at certain times of the year.
      • Vaping is strictly prohibited on site. Should a pen or refill be dropped and found by a dog there is a risk of ingestion – vape juice is highly toxic to dogs.

      Business Users

      We welcome professional dog walkers and trainers to use the facilities at AllDogs Meadow. If you wish to use the dog field for conducting your business, please ensure you make contact with us prior to your  booking to discuss business rates.       • You will need to provide a copy of your public liability insurance at each renewal, which we will retain for insurance purposes, in order to operate at AllDogs Meadow.
      • If you are using the dog field for business purposes, we accept no responsibility for any business losses and you are offered the same legal protection as domestic users. This includes loss of business, interruption, loss of business property and any profit.

       

      Our Privacy Policy & CCTV – How We Use Your Personal Information

      • You can view our privacy policy on our website. 
      • We securely store your name, mobile number and email address so that we can communicate with you about your booking.
      • Your payment information is held securely by our 3rd party payment partner Stripe.
      • If you have agreed to receive emails from us other than those that relate directly to your booking, you may receive an emails from us. You can change your communication preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
      • Please see the up-to-date privacy policy for further details relating to competitions, social media and all other data use.
      • We utilise CCTV in the field, please see our CCTV policy on our website for further information. By using the field you are consenting to being audio & visually recorded on CCTV.

      Advertising and Marketing Permission

      AllDogs Meadow reserves the right to use any material (text, images, etc) sent to us for marketing purposes.

      XL Bullys & Legal Banned Breeds are welcome as long as the following rules are adhered to:

      • The dog is registered with the index of exempted dog (IED) and a copy of the life certificate is provided to us if we request it
      • A copy of the public liability insurance certificate for the dog provided to us if requested
      • The dog handler ratio is 1:1 with their handler at all times unless with other dogs from the same household
      • The dog is Neutered – in line with Government Rules
      • The dog is Micro Chipped
      • The dog is kept on a lead and muzzled until the gate is shut when entering the field
      • The dog is put back on a lead and muzzled before opening the gate to leave the field
      • You can remove the lead and muzzle once inside the secured field
      • If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together as long as they have a minimum of 1 handler. All dogs leads and muzzles can be removed once in the field including the Banned Breed.
      • If there are dogs from different households, the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler
      • If the household has more than 1 dog, they can come to the field together, the lead and muzzle can be removed once in the field. If there are dogs from different households the banned breed will need to remain muzzled and on a lead at all times with a 1:1 handler
